I also wanna share my honest take on how we can actually improve things here because** the current system definitely needs an upgrade**.

I totally get that mods have lives outside the app, but having what seems like the entire team unavailable at the same time just isn't working for a global community.

We really need a **team spread across different time zones **and a *higher standard *for how issues are handled, rather than just hitting the cooldown button and calling it a day.

A cooldown is just a band aid that punishes everyone, and I'd much rather see *active moderation that actually addresses the toxic behavior so we can get back to enjoying the game.

There was a previous gacha complaints thread but the mod running it said some mean things and shut it down. The last one was a sort of chatter thread. They converted the new one to a thread where people could write letters to send to the devs through the mod, and chatter was banned. But the mod never showed any proof that they actually sent anything to the devs :P so probably just a ploy to keep the anti gacha people out of main chat

To be honest, yea. I want the daily requests to be transferred over the next day if you can't really do it on that day for whatever reason. No reason why the game has to punish you for not logging in every single day.
