I feel like it would be convenient for specialist players(aka players that prefer to do certain tasks in games like these e.g. fishermen, home decorators, material collectors.) It helps brings a sense of flow in a way, like you can always be the person who has fish to trade, like how npc sell and do specific things. Its also just good for social networking in game in general

Like either you can suggest trades with people and set up what to trade, or you can ask for a trade and set what you want on your profile, and when you meet other players, they can see that you're looking to trade(like a symbol next to your name/name tag) and others can see if you have something they want you're willing to trand for it

Many security concious people are running this in a virtual box/ phone emulator + a virtual box to prevent it from accessing what it feasibly CAN access with such broad permissions.

Apps like Steam or Epic Games also require you to provide all your personal information for your own safety and the safety of others. Because if you lose your account, how are you going to prove it's yours? An email confirmation, which you could lose access to in a minute, is useless. You need to provide more information. It's the same with Epic Games.
