Stinger Grenades are Tier 3 Contraband

Description

NFSDTech got Stinger grenades sold at 200$ which are Tier 3 Contraband
It means:

1. NFSD technically can't use it legally
2. You can sell it for 1 Frontier Uplink Coin, which in itself is sold for 1000$ which makes you +800$ profit or one Deputy worth of equipment

Join as any NFSD role, buy a Stinger Grenade, scan it with Contraband Operatize Tool to make sure it is in fact sold for 1 FUC, sell it on the console right outside.

I am pretty sure any C3 items that are purchasable at the NFSDTech are classified as C2, even if they say they are C3 for the purposes of NFSD use (although I could be wrong).
As for the exploit you have outlined, I'm fairly certain that would count as exploiting the game mechanics and would be against server rules if anyone did this.

no , according to law book tier 3 is tier 3 and NFSD is not allowed to carry it for using it or use it unless its dire cirtumstance as they themselfs would comit crime by using C3

this seams like oversight as ether they should not be C3 and C2 instead
or its C3 and should be removed from said vendors.

Nah there are exceptions to the C3 rule, just not 100% sure it applies to the the NFSDvend in this scenario. So yeah I get it:

if we go by words it say "automatic or high caliber weapons", Stinger Grenades are an explosive, so yes if is C3 the NFSD can not use it, so they have to be changed, but then again is C3 by space law... so yeah.

That just needs a rule touchup and 100% covers these cases

the idea probably wasn't to rule lawyer over semantics of what is an automatic or higher caliber weapon versus just higher volatility/lethality

It was likely written as a layman catch-all. The fact that you found it easily enough and could discern that is case in point, though the 2 immediately "um actually" 's do leave some room for word choice.
