Reason for Ban: LTAP, raiding, rdm as clown crew

Your side of the story: i joined in from cyro and had nothing to do and got kidnapped by the clowns and joined them, we went around a few shuttles and clowned around messing with them and just being a bunch of clowns, we dock to mcargo and almost immediately after we dock the captain? (he looked like the captain of the shuttle) starts shooting the clowns and the mime with rubber bullets, gets disarmed so he moves onto shooting with a disabler to no avail.
their chef starts hacking and slashing with a butchers knife and being the clown with the rifle watching my fellow clowns getting hacked down i start shooting at them, didn't even crit them and just got crit and later died.
i left after getting killed as it was very late in the day but when i got on (at the hour of making the post) i saw a perma game ban.

Why you think you should be unbanned/have ban reduced: i never had any intention of rdm'ing in the moment all that was going through my head was that we were all dying to a chef with a butchers knife so i started to attempt to protect the clowns but swiftly died without doing really anything.

i never meant to LTAP and when i left i didn't know i had broken any rules as the chef attacked first and i was just defending myself and my fellow clowns.

i don't remember raiding anybody but that's only from my point of view,

Extra Notes: i felt it was pretty crazy how mcargo reacted to just a bunch of clowns trying to go to mcdonalds but in realisim i should not of tried to shoot the chef to defend the clowns and rather i should of just tried to get them to run back to the shuttle for safety

So I understand you where trying to protect your crewmates but they did bring it onto themselves with both the stealing and inappropriate behavior/character descriptions

i had no idea that they were stealing anything all i thought is that we were going to mac donalds

and when we arrived just as came out, the captain? was just shooting at the clowns and mime

i did wonder where the rifle had came from..

I observed most of the events on the McCargo. From what I recall, the attack on the clowns did not happen immediately. This ban appeal fails to mention that the clowns seriously vandalised the McCargo, throwing unbelievable amounts of condiments all over the dining area. The resulting puddle covered most of the seating area and kitchen. I don't know how involved solis13 was in the vandalism - it was much too chaotic to keep track of individual clowns - but I'm confident in saying the attack on the clowns was not completely unprovoked.

Its literally the case of you didnt see your friends rob the place so you shot the owner because they where trying to stop them from robbing him blind based on the absolute crap shoot the situation was and how the ahelps with the other guys spell it out
