Hyper convection machines are... really slow

The speed debuff stays, the hyper convection protolathe doesn't use speed enhancing parts.

Okay I don't see the need for a debuff when they can't take those parts, a regular upgraded protolathe is going to run 8x faster than a normal lathe

It's not a bug / bug since it's coming from upstream

It's a weird one since imo they should support upgrades but not on a crazy level

Eg, 10% more mat / speed save them the baseone

So baseline on frontier they're 1/3 the speed but also use 1/3 the mats, upgrades, bluespace ones, bump them up to 70% mat reduction

I'm okay with them being slower than regular lathes, after all they don't use manipulators

but not... that slower
