Bank balance got nuked... Again.

I've had an issue in the past where I tried to redo a character in a slot and the balance in that slot got reset to 25000. This happened to me again today. I lost over 600000 spesos. I'd really appreciate a refund. My ingame username is t0de.
Reproduction:

1. Make money.
2. From round start screen, open character menu and hit "randomize everything" with a character slot selected
3. Save character
4. Check your balance
