Your side: Not sure what LTAP means, but yes I had a bunch of light implants. I was a moth who was seeking more light, this was RPed in character and I was assisted by many people who lent me their implants or machine. And I'm not sure where the "logged off before finishing the ahelp" is coming from, I was told my character was going to be deleted and I could respawn or wait to respawn or something. So I waited a few minutes after getting gibbed and heard nothing else, and having my character deleted without a chance to store my inventory, and the fact that it was nearing end of shift, I elected to get off like any other person would.

Extra notes: I think a 24hr ban is incredibly excessive for what was a spotless record for many many hours. And I would like to know why this wasn't visible to me when I did the "adminremarks" command the day I made my whitelist app. It was only made visible to me after it was used as a reason to deny my whitelist app. Also, assuming your definition of a month is 31 days, I should be free to appeal on the 12th of next month.. not the 21st.

Leaving to avoid punishment, if you're ahelped about something and then leave it auto-escalates our banning. This is expressly forbidden in our rules, however since this was after your character was deleted I don't really feel as though LTAP (since you were already given a punishment and the warning) applies.

I have no idea why this wouldn't be reflected, as the date of the remark is the day and time it's added to your file, there's no way for an admin to spoof this as far as I know.

I will be checking the logs regarding your body's deletion and the ahelp timing to confirm if you left prior to actually getting punished for light implant abuse.

Side note on the light implants, this isn't supposed to be possible, but is heavily against our rules because it can literally crash people's clients.

I wasn't aware of its damages, I didn't notice anything wrong other than getting brighter of course. Genuinely hoping I didn't crash anybody, I didn't notice anybody randomly going SSD near me so maybe I got lucky.

May I just ask a staff member on the 12th to re-open my whitelist application, rather than redoing it?

Regarding your whitelist you can just copy-paste it in a new one

I believe I've seen them get re-considered after the time limit is up in the past, but I may be wrong. It would be nice if I could just re-open mine for consideration so I don't have to go through anxiously waiting for votes and comments again.

Hullo! It's been a few days, and I'm still hoping to get the note adjusted (or outright stricken if possible). Just thought I'd drop a message as our last few can be read as the conclusion of this thread, which I am hoping isn't.

I'd also like to bring up that I believe the ban is only coming from the alleged "LTAP", as IIRC (and I could be wrong, but obviously you can check ) Cyber invited me to respawn after my body was deleted (so no ban, I was getting off with a warning). But, obviously I elected to just call it for the night, which was deemed as LTAP and escalated to a ban. SO! If this is determined to not be LTAP, shouldn't I not have a ban? And thus my whitelist app shouldn't have been locked?

My suggestion is re apply to the whitelist. But if you left during a conversation with an admin on the issue of your light implants without giving said admin the reason you are logging off, it can be seen from an admins point of view that you left to avoid punishment.
