I just joined the server yet it says i already have a active whitelist?

this has just happened to me, however it is not my first 30 days, and it still says client doesn't support it. Would you rather I make another help thread for this?
it keeps saying I can't request one because I already have one however in game it does not work
is it because the server I am hosting doesn't have access? if so, how can I get it whitelisted?
