When you try to sync a file that your instances already have, it would be nice if theres an option for it to automatically merge all the files so it can be synced.

For example, if Instance A has a screenshot of a cow in the screenshots folder and Instance B has a screenshot of a pig, if you tried to click the Sync Screenshots Folder button it would say to "safely backup and remove the folders". With this option enabled, it would move these screenshots into the synced screenshots folder, and the screenshots folder for both instances would now both have a cow and a pig.
