#Commercial license and a server

Good day,

I acquired a commercial license a couple of weeks ago, I also connected that to my server IP.
Everything for me worked fine on the server, however other people are not capable of using axiom.
If people are granted the permission to use Axiom through luckperms and they then try to use the tools. It will crash the server.

Am I misunderstanding the commercial license, as I figured having a license and then connecting that to my server would allow other players to use Axiom on it freely?

thank you kindly in advance for a responce!

@marsh cobalt uploaded a log, This is the last of the crashes I got

  • OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM, version 19.0.2
  • Fabric 0.18.0 on 1.20.1 using 46 mods
  • System: Linux-170-generic, AMD EPYC 7282 16-Core Processor, Matrox Electronics Systems Ltd. MGA G200eH3 (unknown)
  • Memory: 2.83 GB / 6 GB

Possible Solutions:

  • Update Fabric from 0.18.0 to 0.18.4

Potential Culprits:

  • A component of the mod axiom was found directly in the error stack trace.

Recommendations:

  • Minecraft versions between 1.17 & 1.20.4 require Java 17 whereas you are using Java 19. It's best to use the correct version of Java for your Minecraft version.
  • Update Axiom from 5.2.1 to 5.3.0

Hmm I'll need to check the code, it's possible there is an issue with the 1.20.1 version

Alright, thank you!

The error is very confusing because "isMissingPermission" doesn't even appear in the 5.2.1 1.20.1 axiom jar

#

I downloaded it from Modrinth and scanned it, didn't come up

#

So I don't know how it's even possible for you to be getting this error

#

It probably has to be one of your other mods messing with Axiom??

#

I went through a few mods in your list and couldn't find any problems

#

Idk if you're even having the same issue since it's been over a month

If you are, DM me and we can figure it out
