#Error starting server

When I start my server with the axiom paper plugin, I am getting that it doesn't load.

I do have a spigot server, but spigot said that it wouldn't be that big of a problem!

On the server itself it does not work, so i think the error has to do with it.

Minecraft 1.21.4
Spigot
Only plugin on server.

I've tried to use it on a paper server, but I am getting the same error!

So I retried it, and somehow it works now (spigot).
