Correct install on server?

I'm getting the message "Server doesn't support Axiom. Did you install it correctly?" on my private server. When I try to whitelist my UUID in #whitelist-request it says I already have an active whitelist.

I downloaded Axiom and Fabric for my server, as well as through Modrinth clientside.

Paper Plugin

The Paper Pugin can be downloaded on the Axiom Paper Plugin Modrinth Page.
Ensure that you have the right version of the plugin to match with the protocol version of the mod (Mentioned in the changelog). Preferably you should always be on the latest versions.

I dont know why modrinth is saying your server is fabric if it's clearly paper
