Please help me fix this issue we have on the server I use. I have been told license was paid and at least two players can use axiom but at least two other players (me included) gets this error message..

I cannot work without axiom! 😦

The amount of details I have are lacking, I just know that we used to have a server license wich expired and then it was supposedly reactivated but its not working for everyone. I would assume its not a "one player" license since at least two are using it 🤷‍♀️

if the server license expired noone without a whitelist can use it on the server
those who can use it probably still have an active whitelist

Well I used to be one of the people who could use it but I have never in my life requested a whitelist..
Im so confused by all this 😵‍💫

per user:

first 30 days on a server you dont need to request a whitelist because you get an automatic 30d whitelist
after that you need to request a whitelist or get a commercial license for 30d
after 30d you need to renew your license or request a whitelist again

with a server license on a server:

everyone regardless of active whitelist can use it on the server until it runs out
after it runs out the individual whitelist of one person is the limiting factor

Ahh I see! Thanks for clarifying that!

But say the server did pay for a new license, does it start working automatically or does the server need to do anything to get functionality back?
