alright, but this is as far as im gonna take it, im not gonna binary search
and as expected, it does work when its just fabricapi and axiom
i also tried all the axiom versions, all of them have this same bug

if i remove those mods i will have to tediously reconfigure them and the controls, which im not gonna do

everything you configure ist stored in options.txt or minecraft/config

when you tried with only axiom and fapi, did you have any datapacks enabled?
and also is it just on one world, or on each world
