Hi, is there a way to make a custom shape hollow? I am tying the tool that is shown on the picture.

After you made your shape, select it with magic tool and go to Select (at the top) Shrink by 1 then delete

Does hollow works on a 1 block thin surface ?

Maybe shrink also doesn't work for 1 block thin surface lol
