Purchased Server Commercial Liscense - IP Not Working

IP for my build server is "Staff.lumenshardmc.com", the build server is behind a proxy.

Are you sure this didn't include any additional characters like a space?

I've applied a server-wide whitelist for staff.lumenshardmc.com for the time being, so that should at least allow people to use it

Make sure that you're connecting to staff.lumenshardmc.com and not Staff.lumenshardmc.com

Must have been a typo or extra character when you tried it originally
