Asking for a free server license for a minecraft association

I'm part of an association that create events for players to enjoy.
There is no lucrative goal behind, all funds go for the infrastructure.
For that type of server i heard it was possible to have a free server license ?

The server whitelist is for public servers where players build

If you have a private server where your team develops events (which is what it seems like this is), then that doesn't fall under that
