@digital birch uploaded a log, I have this issue for 2 hours, and it's only when I'm using Axiom and Flashbacks.

Fabric 0.16.5 on 1.21.1 using 40 mods

Vulkan mod is probably one of the most incompatible mods with axiom, since it needs the open gl stuff

Q: What are some known incompatibilities?

Optifine (crashes, won't fix)
Iris (WORKS but affects rendering of some Axiom elements, won't fix)
Extra Origins (can't use context menu, issue with Extra Origins)
QDAA (Broken rendering, fixed in Annotation / Protocol 8 Update onwards.)
Immersive Portals (Broken block editing, won't fix)

The first time I launched I had an issue with sodium so I replaced it but I didn't retry yet

I replaced Vulkan for Sodium, Sodium's Extra and Iris (Iris is just said to affects rendering )
