need help with copying builds

im trying to copy one of my builds but im running into a couple issues:

• the lasso select tool isnt selecting barrier blocks, even after i toggled include solid blocks
• none of the selection tools are copying the biome

• I can lasso select barrier blocks just fine in 3.0.0 1.20.1
• I don't even know if this is/should be possible

Lasso select can only select what is visible

only tested it with placing the barrier blocks on the ground

why is it selecting neighboring blocks?
because of the depth?

covering blocks that are visible to the user therefore are visible to the lasso tool?

Sand = Visible
