Im very sorry to keep bothering, but the mod is not in my mod menu even though its in my mod folder. The crashing stopped, but now its not rlly there

Hey, it did not work. I had it in the minecraft mod folder originally, but that did not work, and then I out it in minecraft folder and that does not work either
