Hi
It won't work properly without an archive.
If you base it on this, you can use it for non-commercial purposes.
and this port is based on it

Is there a license that says that?
This "Readme" document in no way represents Dennaton's stance on the usage of their code and is merely intended as a moral/ethical guideline for the hotline miami community to follow when developing mods. This is not a legal document.
so no.
You can create a wrapper and the users provide their own .gmx file.
that would have to be done in editor, you cant load that as a game file for Game Maker Studio
can I delete it?
Definitely recommend you delete anything distributed. 🙂
Sorry we’re pretty strict about this sort of thing. 🫶
I understand, sorry
not really, there would have to be at least some record of conversation, statement or something from the owners of hotline miami

@olive isle I've deleten your message to the link to the archive
I mean I literally posted above that it doesn’t. 🙂
It’s just too ambiguous.
It also forbids any money, and we accept donations to run our infrastructure and stuff.
I mean we could xdelta patch it
that would make a 12.6MB xdelta (original exe 19,7MB, game.ios 27,3). Still not sure about all of it
The game was never officially released on iOS, and there's no legal way to get "game.ios"
The original game was made on GM7,
it definitely won't run.
Overall, it's not possible to publish this port in the official repository, as there are indeed no official statements about the GM version. And the readme file doesn't grant full permission to publish. Sorry for starting a discussion without consulting.
no worries, your intentions were good. Its a shame it has to be like this unfortunately
uhhhh where can i get the port
