Troidem, maybe allow for adding the .love file from linux steam version as well? (don't know if you're just patching to just from .exe to .love, or are changing more, haven't checked)

this game runs very smooth and fast on rg353v arkos. there's a bit of space wasted with the letterboxing to widescreen aspect, if that's at all changable it would be incredible

also, as a side note, this game destroys me due to red green colourblindness lol

very satisfying and responsive gunplay

actually... changing the ingame video from Game Scale Auto to 2X fills the screen quite effectively on this rg353v, with no letterboxing, and improves my visibility significantly

• made auto scaling to fill the screen (when fullscreen is enabled)

The patch must be reapplied to unmodified game file

it decreases horizontal field of view (for taller screens) so I made ability to disable fullscreen and it will scale as before (keeping intended aspect)

it's pretty interesting that the dev has marked it as Early Access, but is also not charging for it. I wonder if the intention is to charge after some future milestone

I think it wasn't free at first but then the dev made it free, seems like he just abandoned it

maybe if we all purchase the soundtrack he will remember and continue to update

My SD card didn't arrive in time so I still didn't play with it much but it feels really good, very similar to tsp. The buttons are a little louder but I like them more

So far it is my favorite device 🙂 but it is also newest so it can change

.. Just got around to MUOS'ing my rg35xx+ and I must say, plenty of fine ports are absofrickenlutely playable with dpad only😍

Yeah, muOS is also very good, I like it more out of the rest, at least for now. And I agree about the dpad, good dpad is better that bad sticks🙂 And if a game isn't FPS, most likely it could be playable without sticks

Was testing on RG351M/AmberELEC

I think this game is a bit too much for the rk3326, in the starting room I think I'm already down to ~15fps.
I set the game to 1x scale and it's readabke at that.
With the gptk you lose the analog aiming, you get 8-way aiming instead.

tried quickly with just controller but that's not working, even tho sdljoytest reports it fine (and even tried with manual SDL_GAMECONTROLLERCONFIG) would have to dive into love2d, something for later

input.lua looks fine to me

Yeah, that's because I disabled gamepad input to prevent double inputs with gptk 🙂

I just think that analog aiming is not that big of a deal, it is even easier to aim for me with 8 directions, more predicable. Powkiddy sticks snap to cardinal and I think others not much better

But I can make different patching for devices with 2 sticks

Also, with native gamepad controls you need to hold R1/R2 and that is uncomfortable

Tested on R36s, very laggy. I wouldn't recommend to play on it.
