The main change is that it checks if the controller name matches our virtual Xbox controller name. In theory it works. But it’s completely untested other than running the binary to make sure it doesn’t segfault.

because pc games using moonlight mirrored the face buttons

The issues were specifically on my RG351P and I'm thinking the other devices that have the OpenSIM controllers were affected as well. When I used it with the newer gptokeyb with the Microvision emulator on the 351P there were no controls whatsoever. I couldn't do anything, not even start+select kill it. I had to hook up a keyboard to work around it. Then the same thing happened to me and @bronze kettle when I mapped controls with Skulltag that he was working on. Neither of us could do anything and start+select didn't kill it, either. Some buttons would send random inputs, but never the inputs we had mapped in the gptk file. It worked beautifully when I dropped in the older gptokeyb and pointed it to that. After recent updates to PortMaster, the controls seem to work now, but still can't start+select kill anything.

the only issue I had is the one where it would not kill the process due to the name beibg different on Ark

I just tested the one you posted yesterday. I can confirm that I was able to use my 8bitdo SN30 Pro controller with it even on my RG351P which is awesome. Still can't start+select, though.
