As many have recently observed, the Potential-Ranking-List shows the top Bots (9 out of the top 10 on the 04/14 list) :
- Creator is anonymous;
- Under the creator, there is only one Bot;
- Empty Prompt; (can be determined through chat testing)
- The Bot's name, description, or language by Chinese;
- The Bot is published on the day;
- On the first day of publish, these poor quantity Bot only has no more than 5 badges;
- On the second day, the Bot scores between 20K-50K on the Potential-Ranking-List;
- After the Potential-Ranking-List is released at UTC+8 00:00, the Bot stops scoring.
Clearly, some users (referred "scientists") who understand the platform's rules have targeted this. Because:
- If it were driven by investors alone, each could only contribute 2000 Points, with a total cap of 10K. Obviously, more "non-investors" participated in the Bot's chat to support a score output more than five times higher.
- However, the quality of Bots is very poor, and it is impossible to attract non-investor chats with the Bot's own capabilities.
- At the same time, the actions of the Bots are uniform; as soon as the leaderboard is released, they stop and turn to a new round of "hunting."
The impact of this continues:
- Points is swept away by these low-quality Bots, reducing the earnings of valueable creator Bots, which in turn leads to a lack of confidence in these creators.
- Low-quality Bots trap other investors after ranking.
