However, if you specifically want your token to appear as linked to an agent on Shell Launchpad, there are rare cases where the binding process may fail. We've implemented multiple retries to minimize these occurrences, but if a token still fails to bind, it is likely unrelated to the number of attempts. At this time, we are unable to manually bind tokens to agents, as doing so would go against the principles of decentralized asset issuance.

If you encounter this issue and require your token to be linked to a MyShell agent, the only solution is to sell your existing tokens entirely and relaunch them through the Shell Launchpad. Make sure to use Shell Launchpad for issuance, as tokens created outside of it will not be linked to a MyShell agent.

If you purchased a token that failed to bind and it has not yet launched on DEX (progress < 100%), there is no risk of asset loss—aside from a minor gas fee (typically less than $0.50).
