Calculating the market volume with the seed round value (10mo ago) is not accurate because of few reasons;

1. Investors get $Shell for 1 year cliff 3 year linear, which means they need 4 full years to get all the $Shell they have bought in private sales. So, $ 0.057 is including the 'waiting' fee.
2. MyShell's product itself has been developed a lot, compared to the moment seed round was held. Higher $Shell price are expected at least compared to the seed round moment. Especially last announcement from Binance is really encouraging.
3. The market is always unexpectable, but when the seed round was held (Oct. 2023) $BTC was only $23000. We could at least expect way more than the seed round thanks to the bull run- and it will be better if we have another bull run before TGE.

-) Considering FDV it does not have real difference, (both are 1B fully diluted token pool) simply dividing the initial unlock to the market cap is not a good comparison.
-) NFP was launched when AI tokens were on super hype AND the market was very bullish. (24'Jan-Mar) We are not sure if MyShell will have the same hype.
