Add some epic colours to the username of the members on discord because why not? We can choose our desired colour (example : blue, pink, yellow, green you get the idea) so its not always white!1!!11!1! (for us normal humans i guess) Also the example below is taken from british railway server.

Staff do have the badge icon tho, please I beg I don’t wanna be a default white any longer ☹️ I believe most servers do it with little to no issues 🙂

I personally don't see this happening.
Mainly due to wanting to have a clear distinction between Staff, VIP, etc. and General Members.
Even if we did implement this ATM we would have basically 0 colours to offer and I don't feel like duplicating colours would be too great.
While Role Icons exist, quite a few people don't pay attention to them (I am guilty of that too).
TLDR; Its gonna be a no for me. But maybe in the Future.
