#presenter training

Presenters on this station are volunteers, all presenters have responsibility outside of TruckersFM and might not have the time to train applicants.
I think my advice for new applicants in the future is to listen to more shows and practice and familiarize yourself with any software that you’re (going to) use so that you’ll be ready when applications are open @ruby viper
ok @leaden isle i understand that but maybe like a channel where someone like a moderator posts yt tutorial links so people like me can whatch them and then start it themselves
I don’t think YouTube tutorial(s) alone suffice when it comes to training yourself to become a presenter
As I have said before, it’s best for you (and any future applicants) to practice both presenting a show and familiarize yourself with the tool(s) needed for your show, also try listening to more shows (TFM or not)
While not required and may require funds, pretty sure there are radio announcer/presenter classes out there both online and offline you can take
