I should add I wouldn't mind going back to fiance status, since the glitch made it so I didn't have the ceremony or cost of ceremony. I just don't want to go through all the romance stuff again when I have already done it

The latest patch should’ve fixed it if it was already broken upon updating. If you got it after the update, that’s weird, in both cases resetting the relationship should fix but maybe you can contact support about it, idk
