How to complete August job Prepare 5 meals with seafood

Hi, I'm trying to complete the August job "Prepare 5 meals with seafood" but all the fishy recipes that I try don't count for the mission.

yea, the problem being that there's an item called "chopped seafood" you can make with only specific things... unfortunate choice of words really

Because in English "seafood" means any animal from the sea, so if you ask to bring chopped seafood, it's easy to think, well I just chop any seafood and bring that

But they mean the item "chopped seafood"
