I am right before the Petal Bloom Festival, and I want to complete Merritt's side quest for the Petal Bloom Festival in which you first have to plant 15 flowers and then make decorations with flowers. However, I don't have any way to craft these or buy recipe's from any NPCs. If someone has figured this out, let me know because I really want to complete it for the trilliums. If I have to wait until Year 2, that would be sad but not unexpected. Thanks!

Also during the petal bloom festival you can buy recipes from Merrit but you need more than 15 to make the things. I feel like they should have been more clear with that quest
