I'm trying to figure out how to make a Phoenix Labs account? I can't find a site map or a place to make an account

I'm asking because I'd prefer to not have to change my Nintendo account info, and I would like to protect my privacy. TY 😊

Yeah. My partner and I are thinking of streaming it and we don't use real names for streaming. I have been stalked before.

But I was watching Eeowna's stream of the switch version and she mentioned that it will default to your Nintendo account name unless you specify otherwise in your Phoenix Labs account

Ya don't ever use real names. Highly unsafe. But I do think it'll be done in game ish? Or they may have the site up on release date? I'm just thinking of the possibilities

Some streamers mentioned not having to give an emailaddress when setting up the Phoenix Labs account, so I suppose it is directly in game and taking some Steam/Nintendo information instead maybe.

Hi! You’ll be prompted to make an account when you launch the game. If you want to play solo, no account is needed but an account is needed for multiplayer. You can’t create an account beforehand. It can only be done in game ☺️

Switch user name - so profile name? Not Nintendo ID name? If just a profile name, then it’s super easy to set up profiles in case we want characters with different names 🙂

Switch and Steam profile name, not username. Unless you sign up a PL account, you can change to whatever name you want!

Yes, the switch “user’s name” is the profile name on the switch not the username/nickname associated with your Nintendo account.
