So one person pixeling on four devices is indistinguishable from four people pixeling on individual devices from different locations if its the same colors being placed? I have to admit this might be beyond my ability to fully comprehend. Not trying to be obtuse. I'm just old. Practically zero computer skills by today's standards. A couple of years ago my spouse was perma-banned on ppf for multi-device when there was three of us pixeling and two of us had two devices. AFAIK no one was breaking any rules. Since then I try to avoid pixeling in the same area as too many others.
