There are announcements in chat when a user catches a phish, but if somebody misses a phish, there could be something like "@[user] missed a phish...", or even something that adds how heavy or what type it would've been. "@[user] missed a phish... it was a Swordphish with 22.05kg"

Well phish are pretty rare
At most it will show 3 messages every 30 minutes (i think) which isn’t a lot
And a personal message in chat doesn’t help much since you get a notification for missing one anyways
