also it looks like the models for the clothes is just wrong?
depending on the format i would lowkey try importing to something like blender
that would tell u if its an issue with the model/textures or your valve formatting setup (most likely but)

I dont think there were enough textures for the model last i checked
The last model i used had ones for the hands and stuff
Is there any way i can fix it?
