well its called sound_mangum
for soundscapes you use an env_soundscape entity if your using an ambient generic you don't need a sound scape file , just the path to the .wav to make it work

the manifest and soundscape have to go in the gmod scripts folder

if the sound don't loop with an ambient generic then you didn't add loop cues to the .wav file
