i think i set the proper directories in the Game Directories settings but it doesn't launch the right tf2 (resolution is wrong and everything) but the bsp goes into the right tf2

reset them , launching from hammer or H++ can do that

i cant, the resolution makes it so i can only see one tiny corner of the screen

try -w 800 in the launch option in H++ and you should launch with 800 wide setting

then you can reset them
