my gues would be this displacement is to large and you need to make it with smaller displacement brushes , ideally don't make any displacements larger than 1024 hammer units in length and when doing displacements only make the face the player wil see a displacement not every face of the brush

I'm gonna try replacing a couple of the other piece with the smallest kinds but otherwise idk

yeah you need to redo that entire mess
the displacements need to be connected to each other
