how I can add textures that are not present in the cs and hl2 source folders
if you just want to add custom textures, you would add them to your game folders
under the materials/ folder, and in the correct subfolder
but this is Hammer basics, you should look at guides about that

In an update on 5/3/2017 you need to launch CSGO with "-insecure" to build cubemaps. http://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/2017/05/18667/

it applies to all of them, even if it was made for csgo
and where I can find the installation link for the textures already present normally ?
🤔 dunno which game you are mapping for but the default files of cs:s for example are located inside the .vpk files of that game
if you are on gmod, then i assume you need to use some tools to "mount" files from other game into hammer, so it loads it
but i dont know how stuff is done on gmod, so i cant help more
you probably should close this thread and make a new one, specifying the game and what you are trying to do exactly, as people wont look at one with this name
