#Compiling in Hammer doesn't do anything?

I've been following the guide in the VDC for making a basic hammer test map but when I hit f9 to compile/run, it doesn't do anything, leaving it at the following log. I have also attached pictures of what my settings for this look like.

** Command: Change Directory
** Parameters:

** Executing...
** Command: Copy File
** Parameters: "D:\MilkyWay\wuhu island\test1.map" "\test1.map"

** Executing...
** Command: Copy File
** Parameters: toconsole -dev -console +sv_lan 1 +map "test1"

After this, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

you have to configure it manually

the compile tools aren't running because you didn't set them
