  1. i don't think fade scale is even a thing in s2
  2. in s1, 1 is the default for fade scale so it shouldnt even be doing anything
  3. what are you even trying to do

When I played that map on S1, I didn't see anything like that, so I thought it was an error.

fadescale (even if it existed in s2) wouldn't cause something like that. What does that object look like in hammer?

you could try just remaking it, it might have invalid/badly converted geo
