#Compiled Map looks worse than in Hammer

In Hammer, my the lighting of my map looks fine. But when I run a full compile on it, the colors are off and there are these weird shadows.

I think it's the env_cubemap_fog entity

I compiled the map using the pre-existing one from the defuse template

This issue occurs when "Generate Lightmaps" is ticked.
