Getting this error while compiling, pretty sure it's whats causing it to stop very soon after. log below

nmrih has its own bin folder with mapping tools steamapps\common\nmrih\bin use the hammer thats in there not the HL2 hammer i think you should also beable to install H++ into that folder and use H++ with it too
