#map looks way worse in-game than in Hammer

i'm fairly new to Hammer and mapping in general, so sorry if this is a dumb question or anything like that. for some reason, whenever i preview the lighting in Hammer it looks alright, but in-game it looks completely different and honestly way worse. is there any way to fix this?

what does the vmt for that floor look like

did you recompile your map without errors, it looks like one of the lights is missing

there werent any errors whatsoever
for some reason it just doesnt appear ingame

it looks as though your cubemaps are not built, and perhaps that some of your lights are being obstructed by your light props when calculated by vrad.

also, are you certain there are no leaks? The patchy lighting does somewhat resemble the funky bounces that happen when there are.
