I spend all week trying to get the easter mount... now It seems my chances are automaticlly 0
I reported the bug to support as well, lets see
for me it was fine the past days, and i played without any issues this morning but now i get disconnected like every 5 minutes which makes it unplayable .-.
with VPN it works well

Vpn can cause a ban though, careful.
You can use a vpn, I have used one on off for the last 5 years with 0 issues
(My previous isp was weird with wiz and required me to use one)
support will just never say (yea it’s fine) but they do not care.

I use proton vpn, yeah it costs money but you can try the free trial, and yes im going with america
there are free vpn's
i wouldnt recommend those if you try to do illegal stuff
but if its just to avoid this connection issue until they fix it then there shouldnt be a problem
though most free vpn's dont let you select which region you connect to
(risking the embargo problem)

I feel like I'm not having disconnects anymore. I always play using a vpn. Will update later. Maybe the bug got fixed

Hey! I'm also having the same problem, not matter what I do nothing works. I can also confirm this has been since the recent update. Disconnect after disconnect! The game has been UNPLAYABLE since then. Can't even finish a fight

why would they want to know about your internet? people are on different isps. even eu players are experiencing the same problem. this is clearly a kingsisle issue. its been unplayable since the spring update
100% a Kingsisle problem! Since the update im also just having problems. I'm from EU but play on NA servers, this is the first time since account creation (2010) that the connection problem is this bad.

after the latest maintenance hours ago, it only worked for two hours before Ii started getting disconnected again. i just got kicked 🙂

You should be fine to use a vpn I have played with one on and off for the last 5 years. (Mullvad specifically)
A large majority of people also need to use a vpn as their home or work networks don’t directly allow wiz (it happens) and some routers even have built in vpns now.
Support will never say, (sure use a vpn), but it shouldn’t cause you issues.
They have asked for my ip before, in which I have said I’m using a vpn, and they have not cared.
Also I’m pretty sure there is not a single line in the tos that directly relates to using a vpn to play.

what if they suspect me of account sharing if i try using a vpn for the first time? jumping from europe to the us would seem pretty suspicious lol
Should be fine, mines jumped around a ton. But you can always just find one that allows you to set your location

update: there is no update. Still no response. VPN has fixed the stability though
I also switched to a VPN, so for everyone in here with the problem, Download ProtonVPN (Its free) and Just look which server you're connected to. Me for example, I also live in Germany and connected to a server in the Netherlands, works like a charm! been working for round 2 days now.
i am getting kicked out everytime i log in like when it goes to another area it crashes
for some reason a VPN can fix it
