The quest finder is telling me to talk to Abby K Doodle, but she's no where to be found. Either it's pointing me to a quest I'm not supposed to access, or this is like that weird bug where the quest finder tells me to talk to Ambrose.

I was able to talk to Abby but she made the WC gardener disappear - along with ALL gardening spell i already learned ....

I'm also getting this on my Storm who has done every quest in the game. He is not eligible for Abby's quest because I made him in 2014.

Until the last update the quest had a lockout condition, not sure exactly what it was but if you leveled/quested enough you would no longer be eligible and abby would be hidden, probably because it was assumed it would no longer be useful to you,
This update changed it so the quest no longer has a lockout, but Abby still gets hidden

Adding this because I made a new wizard to collect some spellements. Abby's quest just straight up isn't appearing even though I'm at the point where it would normally be available. Even clearing the "Panic in Three Streets" quest did not get it to show up.
Something about this quest has broken with the removal of the Secret Strife of Pets quest.
