As you can see in the screenshot, the line where it would normally say "Help a team in [previous quest world] or [current quest world] using the team up kiosk" is blank. Not only is it blank, it is entirely non-functional; Helping teams in both my current and previous questing worlds (Polaris and Khrysalis for the wizard in question) did not complete the task or award points. It's frustrating and demoralizing.

This happened in the Spiral Showcase event last week, and has continued on in the Spiral Scene event this week.

This is only happening on one of my wizards. I suspect it is somehow related to the "Raid Island" quest. I cannot definitively prove this, but I do know that this task in weekly events was functional before I completed the Charnel House instance and received the Raid Island quest, and it broke sometime after. If the quest is indeed somehow related to the bug, perhaps the guild quest has left the game confused as to what world my wizard is currently questing on.

No, I don't think it is the raid island quest - my level 15 can't complete the "help a team" after several fights in krok and wizard city.

Just another bug.

I'm having the same problem. I think it was after they added the arcanum in-between Polaris and Mirage in the team up kiosk.

My wizard was still in Polaris last week and joining team ups in Khrysalis would not give me points. I'm currently in Mirage and joining team ups in Polaris is not giving me points either now

Not level locked. Just a plain ordinary level 15, in krok, but joining a team through the kiosk is not giving me scroll points.

Have since completed the raid island quest, problem has not resolved.

I think I know the issue. Because The Arcanum is viewable on the Team Up Kiosk now, the event might be looking for Team Ups in Polaris or Arcanum because of their ordering on the World Door and Kiosk, likely similar case for those questing in Mirage, where it would say Arcanum or Mirage, but my thought is that there isn’t an applicable text string for these world combinations. (and Arcanum wouldn’t even be possible for the event under these conditions)

My thoughts exactly. Back when my myth wizard was in Polaris, I would still get points from joining team ups in either Khrysalis or Polaris. Then I unlocked the Arcanum (while still in Polaris) and I stopped getting points from joining team ups in Khrysalis.

Now that my myth wizard is in Mirage, joining team ups in Polaris is not giving me points. Almost as if the spiral event counts the Arcanum as the other world that you can get points from after it was added to the team up kiosk.

I suspected it was something like that after my raid island quest theory was proven incorrect.

just FYI I did create a support ticket for this the other day, idk how the support and design teams interact with each other but my apologies if that support request ended up creating a redundant ticket for this issue
