imagine almost 100 levels later you get a spell that does the same thing as tempest but it does barely half the damage and your gear has less boost not sure why they double down on worse damage + worse gear boost to make gaps massive. the fair reason though is the shadow one exists which is insane. base one being bad isn’t super relevant

The whole "It's not supposed to do any damage" argument is bad solely cause it does 65 dpp at max tier
But for some reason KI has it deal 45 dpp at tier 1

have it deal 55 or 60 dpp at tier 1 and give it the judgement +5 through +20 for later tiers

You should know that's how KI operates. They always go back and add things retroactively where it has no or little use to max levels at the time of the update.

If it were up to me, i’d give ice a COMPLETE OVERHAUL, theres alot of stuff in ice that RLLY NEEDS A BUFF, and idk why ppl voting for the sped up of snow angel, JUST REWORK THAT SPELL AS A WHole, NOBODY USES IT.
