As the tile states - I have just created a new wizard and upon clicking skip tutorial; I have gotten the long loading screen bug.
Because of that bug I alt F4'd, logged back on and unable to continue or skip tutorial (see screenshot where I still have the dialogue option and can move)
I essentially softlocked myself as when I click Esc -> Quit and relog on the wizard, it puts me back in tutorial and unable to skip.

This is a very-common bug. I’ve experienced it too many times to count.
