Can’t see players gear / stats

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but on PlayStation I can’t see anyone’s overall stats. everyone looks like this and when you scroll it doesn’t show stats besides 100 pierce for all schools. You also can’t see people pet talents

Are you going into cursor mode might sound dumb but I just figured out it was a thing 😔

You gotta press on the left joystick for Xbox when your in your inventory so I think it’d be the same for play station
